Environmental
Jiu-You Metal Tech continues to focus on process efficiency, material utilization, equipment maintenance, and workplace management. We are committed to reducing unnecessary waste and improving the long-term value of our metal products through stable manufacturing and surface finishing processes.
Our facility uses advanced production equipment, including high-efficiency AMADA and TRUMPF fiber laser systems, to improve processing efficiency, reduce energy waste, and support stable production quality. Through CAD/CAM nesting optimization, we improve material utilization and reduce unnecessary scrap waste.
We also support cleaner and more controlled production through filtered and recycled process water, digital work orders, paperless workflows, automated storage, ERP and MES systems, and ongoing improvements in factory management. We are also gradually introducing AI process inspection to further improve production management and quality stability.
Our PVD vacuum coating technology eliminates the need for traditional liquid paints and wet chemical coating processes. Compared with many conventional coating methods, PVD is a cleaner and safer surface finishing technology that supports a more controlled production environment while creating durable, long-lasting metal surfaces with high long-term value.
